Check When an Instagram Reel Was Posted
Open the Instagram app on your device and make sure you’re signed into your account.
Go to the Reel you want to check this could be from your feed, explore page, or someone’s profile.
Tap on the comments icon to open the comments. The timestamps next to the top comments can give you an estimated post date
Alternatively, tap on the profile name of the account that posted the Reel to open their profile.
Once on their profile, tap on all posts tab to view all their published Reels.
Scroll through and select the exact Reel you want to check.
