David Frank July 4, 2025

Enabling a SIM PIN on the Samsung Galaxy phone is a smart way to increase the safety of your device. While most users protect the phone from screen lock, the SIM card can still be vulnerable if someone removes it and uses it on another device. By setting up a SIM PIN, you make sure users with just the correct PIN code can access the mobile network, make calls, or use mobile data.

Samsung phones running One UI provides a built -in feature to lock your SIM card with a custom PIN. This feature is especially useful if your phone is lost or stolen, as it prevents unauthorized access to your cellular services.

This guide will walk you through how to enable SIM PIN on the Samsung Galaxy device whether you’re using a Galaxy S, A, Note, or Z series model. Follow the instructions below to add this extra layer of security and keep your SIM card safely all the time.
