Check Whether Your Instagram & Facebook Accounts Are Linked
Open the Instagram app and log into your account. Ensure you’re using the Instagram account you want to verify.
Tap your profile icon in the bottom-right corner to access your profile.
Tap the three lines (☰) in the top-right corner to open the Settings and activity menu.

Select “Accounts Center.” This is Meta’s control panel for managing linked profiles and settings.
